The Amana Volo Sphere was a powerful globe of dark energy discharging from certain Rahi upon the removal of an infected mask. These free-floating balls of energy could be absorbed by other beings and could restore health.
The Amana Volo Spheres were also given to Takua after returning the Koro's Vuata Maca tree to full health in the Bionicle:Quest for the Toa game.
