Macku was a Ga-Matoran.
Prior to the Great Cataclysm, Macku inhabited Ga-Metru. She worked as a tour guide and managed a small business that involved boat tours. Macku stayed in Ga-Metru until the island's Matoran population was taken away by the Vahki, who were being commanded by Makuta Teridax in the form of Turaga Dume. She was put into a Matoran Sphere.
|Occupation||Ga-Koro Kohlii Player|
Macku was weakened by the Matoran pods. She helped make Ga-Koro from the pieces of the Airships.
Macku then helped fight the Pahrak in the Bohrok Invasion of Ga-Koro. She, Hahli and Kotu helped to destroy the walkway so the Pahrak could not get to Ga-Koro. She also developed a close friendship with Hewkii at this point and taught him how to swim.
Once the Bohrok-Kal were defeated and the Matoran had been rebuilt the, Macku was chosen as one of the fortunate Matoran to have their name changed on Naming Day.
She was also chosen to be a Kohlii champion. She and Hahli journeyed to the Kohlii tournament in Ta-Wahi, where Ga-Koro, Po-Koro, and Ta-Koro were competing. Macku's team won as Hahli scored by Hahli's doing and allowed Ga-Koro to win the tournament.
However, shortly after the match, the Mask of Light was revealed and the attention was turned to the mask.
Macku and the other Matoran built the Boats so the Matoran could return to Metru Nui.
When the Toa Nuva eventually returned to Metru Nui they celebrated Mata Nui's awaking. But Teridax revealed he was in Mata Nui's body and he had control over the Matoran Universe.
The Matoran then scattered then separated to avoid being captured by Teridax. Macku however, did not make it off of Metru Nui. Her leg was badly injured and she walked with a limp for some time. At some point she journeyed beneath the Archives and found an injured Toa Tuyet.
She summoned Hafu and revealed she had found Tuyet but was unable to accompany them. She recently joined Tamaru in rescuing several Onu-Matoran from the Archives after an earthquake shook the Matoran Universe. Taipu was one such Onu-Matoran and he announced that the Chronicler's Company was reformed.

- Macku was released again in 2003, in her rebuilt form. This set contained 25 pieces and included a Kolhii Staff.
